Hanukkah Butter! An easy DIY for your holiday table

When it comes to hosting, I find that it really is all in the small details that stands out to your guests.

Butter boards have taken the internet by storm & this was a trend I needed to jump in on!

This past Hanukkah Shabbat, I served mini braided challahs with butter (actually, I used dairy free olive oil spread) shaped and molded from my chocolate silicone mold! I was skeptical it would work, but it surprisingly worked better than expected.

I used my Hanukkah Dreidel & Menorah mold I bought off of Amazon last year to use originally intended for chocolates. I melted my olive oil spread into a metal bowl, and made sure to mix it until it was completely runny.

I poured it into my molds & placed it in the freezer for about two hours.

once it was completely frozen, I popped them out of the molding.

Make sure to place it onto the serving board immediately or it will be hard to transfer once it goes back to room temperature!
