Low Carb Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Whether you’ve never stepped into a kitchen or you’re just looking to expand your cooking repertoire, this low carb cauliflower recipe is made for anyone and everyone. Follow these simple steps to make this healthy and mess- free dinner choice you will be replacing your families "movie & pizza nights" with!

You'll Need:

Two large Heads of Cauliflower

3 eggs

parmesan cheese

pizza sauce or marinara sauce

blended shredded cheese

oregano

basil

salt

pepper

How to:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

First, remove stem from cauliflower & cut it up into medium sized pieces.

Then, you play your cut up cauliflower & place it into a food processor.

You blend up the cauliflower until it looks like rice grains.

Once it is fully blended, place in a large bowl & add 3 eggs, chopped oregano, salt, pepper & some parmesan cheese.

Then, mix all together & put it on a large, greased baking pan. form it into a ball, and then flatten out into the shape of your liking ( I did the traditional round pizza!)

flatten out and make as thinly as possible (so its nice and crispy) and it does not become too soft and falls apart!

bake for about 35-40 minutes, until it is golden brown at the edges and center.

take out of the oven and then put on your pizza sauce, heaps of cheese, and basil for a touch of fresh flavors.

place your pizza back in the oven for another 20 minutes, or until you see that your cheese is melted to your choice of perfection! for some additional toppings, my go to is jalapeños and crushed red pepper, but i had to keep this recipe kid friendly. I highly recommend this dinner dish for an easy, no mess and delicious dinner! stay tuned for more healthy and yummy dinner recipes for you and your family! This vegetarian low-carb pizza really hits the spot – whether it’s a weeknight meal or a dinner party with friends.
