This recipe is the Passover approved version of my baked schnitzel that I posted not too long ago...read below for this easy and delicious recipe...
Ingredients // between 10-14 chicken breasts
pack of Bisli
4 egg
s mayo (optional)
instructions // blend all of the Bisli in a blender or grinder until finely ground. P
lace the Bisli in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs and mayo (I like adding mayo for extra juiciness)
get the workstation ready in this easy order:
plate of chicken breasts > eggs > Bisli > plate for ready made schnitzel.
in a conveyor belt motion. Dip chicken in egg wash, the Bisli, and place on a baking tray. Continue this process and place the tray full of coated schnitzel in the oven for about 15-20 minutes on bake at 350.
